How does a full-service move work?
First, one of our specialists will conduct an assessment – either on-site or via video – to understand your specific moving needs. Based on this, we’ll start preparing: arranging parking permits, booking a moving lift and making sure every detail is covered.
Before moving day, we can collect and dispose of items you no longer need, or deliver boxes for personal items that only you will pack.
On moving day, we’ll carefully pack your belongings and protect all furniture. KunnonMuutto brings all necessary boxes and materials and ensures surfaces and hallways are properly protected.
Then, it’s time to hit the road! Your belongings are loaded and delivered to Belgium, Finland or elsewhere in the world – and you can follow the journey via GPS tracking.
At your new home, we’ll unpack everything and place it exactly where you want it – whether on shelves, in closets or on countertops. We’ll also remove all packaging waste, so you can settle in without hassle.

We begin by identifying your individual needs through your request for quotation or a free video consultation. Once you approve the quote, we begin planning your move: arranging parking permits, completing customs paperwork, and everything else necessary! Meanwhile, you can relax and start exploring the restaurant scene in your new hometown.
How much does an international move cost?
The cost depends on the volume of your goods and the additional services required. If your schedule is flexible and your move can be combined with another shipment, the cost can be lower. However, we also arrange dedicated international moves tailored to your preferred timeline. If you only need to transport a smaller shipment, feel free to reach out!
How should I pack when moving abroad?
In short: all belongings must be carefully packed and protected in sturdy boxes that can be stacked during loading. Plastic storage containers or bags are not recommended. If you’re unsure how to pack, our professionals are happy to guide you – and of course, we warmly recommend booking our packing service!
What documents do I need for an international move?
All international moves require a moving contract, an inventory list, and a waybill. For moves requiring customs clearance, we’ll provide a detailed list of required documents – and we’re happy to handle the clearance for you.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely! KunnonMuutto transports your belongings using our own truck and driver from start to finish (unless we’ve agreed otherwise, for example if items are temporarily stored abroad with a partner). You’ll receive a GPS tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
How should I prepare for the movers’ arrival?
Make sure all items are packed and ready according to our instructions. Ensure clear and easy access for the moving truck and crew. Protect your home’s surfaces – unless you’ve ordered those protective services from us, of course!
