What is a Full-Service Move
First, our representative will visit your home for an on-site evaluation or conduct a video assessment to understand your specific moving needs. After that, we’ll begin making the necessary preparations, such as arranging parking permits. For apartments larger than 40 m², we typically allocate two to three days for the move.
Before the move, we’ll collect any items destined for recycling or waste disposal (e.g., Sortti stations) to clear them out of the way. We can also provide a box or boxes for your most personal belongings, which we will not touch.
Day 1: Packing and Protection
On the first moving day, we pack your belongings and protect your furniture. KunnonMuutto supplies all the required boxes and protective materials, taking care of both packing and safeguarding. In addition to furniture, we protect pathways and other sensitive surfaces in your home.
Day 2: Moving Day
Then, it’s time to move! The items are loaded into the truck and transported to their destination – whether it’s in Switzerland, Finland, or elsewhere! Once your old home is empty, our cleaning team will perform a thorough final cleaning.
At the new location, we unpack your belongings and place them exactly where you want (even color-coded into cabinets, if requested!). We’ll also remove all packing and protective materials when we leave.
