Information collected in the register are client data, which the client presents i.e. by an online.
form, email, phone calls, social media services, contracts, in meetings and other occasions.
Register information is not kept up to date through any other sources.
Collected information includes inter alia name, company/organization, contact information (phone number, email address, address), social media profiles, information about requested services and any changes to them, billing information, other client relationship and service request related information. Social security number is collected for the inspection of the credibility of billing clients.
Information may also be used for development, analysis, statistics and marketing as well as producing, providing and developing services. Client has the right to refuse their information from being used for marketing by email toimisto(at)kunnonmuutto.fi or by phone 0400199627
Regular data disclosure and data transfers outside of EU and ETA
Information is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Information may be published in accordance with agreements with the client.
Information may be transferred outside of EU or ETA by the keeper of the register.
Register data protection principles
Register is handled with caution and data viewed with information systems are adequately protected. When register data is stored on web-services, appropriate data protection principles are applied. Keeper of the register ensures that saved data, server licenses and other data with personal information are processed confidentially by employees with the appropriate authorization and job description.
Right of inspection and right to demand data correction
Any person whose data has been registered holds the right to inspect that data, and demand correction of incorrect data or supplement insufficient data. Should the concerned wish to inspect or correct their data, a request is to be sent to the keeper of the register. The keeper of the register may request the concerned to present identification. Keeper of the register responds within a month, as regulated in the EU data protection regulation.
Other rights concerning processing personal data
A person with registered data has the right to request the deletion of that data (“the right to become forgotten”). The concerned also holds any other right according to General Data Protection Regulation such as restricting the processing of personal data in specific situations. Requests are to be sent in writing to the keeper of the register at the address toimisto@kunnonmuutto.fi. The keeper of the register may request the concerned to present identification. Keeper of the register responds within a month, as regulated in the EU data protection regulation.
